Cool Center is a program for transforming
your computer in a "call center".
The basic functions of the program is:

without the telephone device - through
headphones and microphone connected to the

and subsequent listening of incoming calls;

- count of time spent in a network and amount

possibility of the registration of the
reduced rate in the days off and holidays);
- support of an address book with
possibilities of dialing of telephone
numbers, sending e-mail and turn into
web-pages;
- notebook for writing small textual notes;
- panel of speed dialing for a calls to
frequently used telephone numbers;
- hot keys for executing of various commands;
- background operation in system tray;
- multi-language interface;
- supports changing of a skin (Skin Editor is
included into the distribution kit).
